Terms and Conditions


Alterations to bookings can be made without charge although this is subject to availability and price re-calculation of new transfer(s) if applied.

Baby Seats & Wheelchairs

Baby seats and booster seats will be supplied free of charge, however these must be requested at time of booking.

We can also supply wheelchairs with rates on request.

Baggage Allowance

We allow for one item of luggage and one piece of hand luggage per passenger.

For bookings of five passengers or more, additional luggage is carried at no extra charge although extra baggage must be specified at the time of booking.


Should you have to cancel your trip and/or booked transfer, please let us know asap. No need for a driver lose his time waiting for nothing...

Delayed Flights

Don't worry if your flight is delayed, we always wait for our clients. We track your flight number, so we know if there are any delays or problems and will meet you when the flight arrives.

We will wait approx 1 hour after your landing time in Faro. Should there be a problem with luggage, please advise us at arrivals gate or call us on the number provided on your confirmation email.

Finding Your Driver

Your driver will wait at arrival's hall and will be holding a sign with your name on it. If you think you are lost, just call this number: (+351) 96 44 31 902 .

Golf Clubs & Sports Equipment

Golf clubs, skis and other sports equipment are free of charge with transfers of five passengers or more, although all additional luggage must be specified at the time of booking.

In the Vehicle

Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. Consumption of food and beverages is also not permitted with the exception of water.


All vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims, as required under local law.

However, whilst every care is always taken, a customer’s property is carried entirely at their own risk and no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage.

Late Bookings

For all late bookings it is advised that you enquire by telephone on +351 96 44 31 902.


"goodchoice.com" will endeavour to carry the passenger(s) with the minimum of discomfort and inconvenience to their destination. However "goodchoice.com" will not incur any liability whatsoever if circumstances beyond its control prevent the achievement of this responsibility.

The following are examples of circumstances which are not within our control (this list is not exhaustive): i) Accidents causing delays to the vehicle; ii) Restricted vehicular access; iii) Exceptional or severe weather conditions; iv) Compliance with requests of the law enforcement or government officials; v) Vandalism and/ or terrorism; vi) Unforeseen traffic delays; vii) Other circumstances affecting passenger safety.


Payments should be made to the driver in cash. Full price will be mentioned on your reservation confirmation.

Pick Up Delay

We reserve the right to depart your accommodation 15 minutes after the pre arranged pick up time.

Reservations & Confirmations

Reservations may be made by direct email or using the appropriate form on our website. All confirmations will be sent by email.


Smoking is not allowed. "goodchoice.com" operates a strict non smoking policy in all vehicles.

Transport Refusal

"goodchoice.com" reserves the right to refuse transport to any passenger who displays offensive behaviour, poses a threat to the safety of the driver or other passengers, or who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs.

We reserve the right to decline to transport your party should you not advise or require booster or baby seats prior to travelling.

We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time. You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you use our Service, unless any change to those policies or these terms is required to be made by law or governmental authority, or if we notify you of the change to those policies.
